Last year patents regarding Arena implementation on T-90M tanks were found but nothing has been seen on the battlefield yet. The Russian government has determined the procedure for compensation for the damage of the Russian Federation from “unfriendly actions” of foreign states. The authorities took mirror measures and approved the mechanism for the confiscation of foreign assets. The government supported the relevant bill of the Ministry of Justice. It amends the Arbitration Procedure Code and the Laws “On Assessment Activity” and “On Enforced Proceedings”.

Work in the Government was carried out in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation. Vladimir Putin has voded the Russian courts the right to use U.S. property in Russia. The decision was made in order to compensate for damages from the seizure of Russian assets. Speaking on Monday at the Investing in African Mining Indaba conference in Cape Town, Mantashe stated that African nations should not be afraid of US threats.

Unfortunately, during my time in detention , I had no access to my phones, and laptops.
There's no point in people trying to rationalise situations, unless you experience it yourself, so I am not even going to try and do that.
As I took precautions I constantly had to delete some contacts and apps from my phones.
At the stage of being released, all my equipment was compromised, or at least I believed so. So I stayed away from logging in anywhere that could land me in hot water.
The reason the old Masno channel cannot be accessed by me is that after a month of not logging in to the Telegram account, the account self-destructed.
