The hearing is to determine if the Statement of Interest will be struck. There is no opportunity to add any evidence into the discussion. We are there more as observers because the argument is between the AG and the DOJ.
Personally, I think the Magistrate could have ruled without this hearing. I think it is going to give us a clear vision of how he is going to rule on the Habeas - meaning if he has a bias it will be exposed. IMO.
Pray that he shuts down the AG and rules that the DOJ has a clear interest in the case, which is the violation of her rights....

The miracle 🙏 would be that, today, he says her rights are being violated and issues the Writ of Habeas Corpus and she is released on Bond.
