Some clients ask why we test miners before installation.

The reason is that as with any manufacturing process there's a certain percentage of defects. In our case, on average, 2% of miners from Bitmain arrive defective. This is almost always due to damage during shipping or manufacturing defects.

For us, this is a completely routine and established process: Bitmain replaces defective miners and we always test each batch before installation to ensure the miner functions properly and the client has no problems.
