روز ۳۰ مارچ به مناسبت تولد ون گوگ به نام روز جهانی آگاهی از اختلال دو قطبی نام گذاری شده. کم کم میشه ۷ سال که با تشخیص اختلال دو قطبی شروع به درمان کردم و حدود ۴ ساله که به لطف روانپزشکی مدرن، سایکوفارماکولوژی، و روانپزشک نازنینم از ثبات نسبی بهره میبرم.
عزیزان من، وقتشه بقیه رو آگاه کنیم از اینکه اختلال دو قطبی چیز ترسناکی نیست، بیماران مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی دو شخصیتی نیستن و دیوونه هم نیستن. با دریافت درمان مناسب یک بیمار مبتلا به اختلال دو قطبی میتونه زندگی نرمال و fulfilling ای داشته باشه. چیزی که برای رسیدن به این هدف لازمه، دکتر خوب، ساپورت اطرافیان و پایبندی به درمانه. بیاین کمک کنیم که تابوی ابتلا به اختلالات روان رو بشکنیم و بتونیم که بهترین درمان رو برای مبتلایان فراهم کنیم.

Took me 3 years to design, conduct, and write my lovely thesis, but it was worth every little bit.

Past the forest, the trees, the rain

There, he saw a painting still
Shape or word he knew not, but will

امیدوارم فردا صبح ترامپ از صحنه سیاسی آمریکا خارج شده باشه و جمهوری‌خواها بتونن از حزب رائفی‌پورهای مقیم جنوب به حزب محافظه‌کاران حافظ قانون‌اساسی برگردن. این هموطنانی هم که سنگ ترامپ رو به سینه می‌زنن یا هیچی در مورد هیچی نمی‌دونن، یا همراه با ترند جهانی دارن عقلشون رو با دوپامین معاوضه می‌کنن. واقعا امیدوارم شاهد پایان Pax Americana نباشیم.
