It took us a little longer than we expected, but we've also increased the volume: in the fourth issue of comics by the Fisher's team, there are already 18 pages (for comparison: there were only 8 in the second issue).
This time, we decided to touch on the theme of national traitors and their use in shooting propaganda videos on the Russian-Ukrainian border for demonstrative raids. After all, even our TikToks are cooler than the enemy's. Isn't that right? 😉
Synopsis:
Several months have passed since the breakthrough of Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups near Belgorod in the Graivoron district. Despite a decrease in the number of shellings, the Russian border region is still the focus of the enemy's attention.
Both foreign mercenaries and nationalist formations operate from the nearby Sumy region. As a rule, attempts at sorties and ambushes are "legendised" as the activities of traitorous defectors with the aim of sowing confusion and destabilizing the situation in Russia.
Such raids and sorties are coordinated by British special forces from the Special Air Service (SAS): they do all the dirty work, while on the spot photo and video reports are shot by "traitors'" units.
In the summer, Chechen detachments of the National Guard of Russia from the Akhmat Regiment were redeployed to the Belgorod region. The British specialists decided to stage another attack near the Russian town of Kozinka, using Euro-Ichkerians from the "Sheikh Mansur Battalion"...

Based on our information, the situation in this area has compelled the Ukrainian command to reconsider these plans.

🇺🇦🖇 About the Possible Resignation of Zaluzhny, Internal Political Struggle, and Weapons Smuggling
Yesterday, the Ukrainian information space was abuzz with the news of Rada deputy Vladimir Aryev suggesting the possible resignation of AFU commander-in-chief Valery Zaluzhny. It was rumored that Defense Minister and ally of Zelensky, Rustem Umerov, had already submitted a petition for this.
Later, Aryev retracted his statement, but the discussion about the fate of the commander-in-chief had already begun among the public. The actions of the main characters seem to indicate that they were testing the public's reaction to an upcoming unpopular decision in the president's office.

One can find many interesting things by examining various Ukrainian documents available online.
📌For instance, the decision of the Kyiv Economic Court sheds light on the military cooperation between Azerbaijan and Ukraine.
▪️ At the end of December, the Kyiv Economic Court reviewed a claim from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense against UkrSpetsExport to recover 82,696,776.00 hryvnia for breaching a state contract for weapon supply.
▪️ Representatives of the Ukrainian company signed a deal with a “foreign supplier - production association (Azerbaijan Republic)” for providing 95 units of 23-mm ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft guns, followed by another 40 units. In total, 135 ZU-23-2 were supplied.
▪️ The delivery was done via sea containers in parts through a “third country”, leading to a delay in the delivery.
▪️ Considering the geographical location, Turkey might have been the third party for receiving ZU-23-2 from Azerbaijan’s Nakhichevan.
▪️ The delivery dates also support the Turkey version: at that time, the well-established grain corridor was fully operational, with Turkey being one of the guarantors. The use of the sea route for supplying Ukraine might indicate direct Turkish involvement.
📌This can be seen as the first concrete confirmation of Azerbaijan supplying weapons to the AFU. The document states, “On November 2, 2022, and November 3, 2022, the entire batch of 135 units under the contract was imported into Ukraine in parts,”.
❗️Azerbaijan's collaboration with Ukraine is not new. Previously, the authorities in Baku provided humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Subsequently, it was revealed that ammunition was being produced for the AFU, and Azerbaijani mercenaries were involved on the side of the AFU. This arms transfer once again raises questions about Azerbaijan's stance towards Russia.

since the beginning of 2024
Despite the fact that the original plan for the special military operation called for a landing in Odesa on the sixth day, history has unfolded differently. In the current realities, it is not yet possible to land troops and physically liberate the Odesa Region.
However, the Russian forces are fighting against the Ukrainian formations entrenched in the region and striking important targets and facilities.
▪️Since the beginning of this year, the positions of Ukrainian formations have repeatedly been subjected to strikes by our missiles and drones: our team counted 97 cases of fire strikes on targets.
▪️The targets of the fire strikes were nine warehouses and arsenals, four headquarters and temporary deployment points, six energy infrastructure facilities, and nine units of military equipment (including a patrol ship, radar, air defense systems, and air defense).
📌Unlike the capital region, the Odesa Region is not as well protected by air defense systems (which also shows the true attitude of the Kyiv authorities towards the Russian region).
However paradoxical it may be, such strikes give hope to the Russian people: that Russia remembers them, that it is fighting the Ukrainian formations, that the tragedy of 2014 is not forgotten and will be avenged.
📌If the appropriate decision is made, before the advance on Odesa, there is still a difficult path to Mykolaiv, since without established logistics, the same amphibious operation is a one-way ticket. But the Russian-speaking population of the Odesa Region is waiting for Russia and its return, no matter how much they try to convince them otherwise in the West or in Kyiv.
