We got a wowing image 8 answers out of 29 views and the outcome is this:
1. Controlled is true ✅. We use this type of practice to give students no freedom where a single answer is correct.
❗️The second part (reading out and guessing jobs) adds some interaction, but the core language task is still strictly controlled with verbs in brackets and same type of tense.

The activity we analyzed shows the sentence completion or filling in the gaps which is controlled practice, guided by the teacher or strict instructions to maintain student accuracy ( Grammar, correct spelling, sentence structure, etc).

The effective teacher hold good control of the class in the very first week.
But, control doesn't mean threats or intimidation. Control means that you KNOW what you're doing, your classroom PROCEDURES, and PROFESSIONAL responsibilities. It's very important that your students pretty know what YOU are doing.
