✪ 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗘
𝐌ount Olympus is the highest mountain in Greece. It is part of the Olympus massif near the Thermaic Gulf of the Aegean Sea, located in the Olympus Range on the border between Thessaly and Macedonia, between the regional units of Larissa and Pieria, about 80 km southwest from Thessaloniki.

𝐀ccording to Greek mythology, Mount Olympus was home to 12 major gods. While the northern part of the foothills of Mount Olympus is considered the home of the Nine Muses, the nine daughters of Zeus who are skilled in all kinds of arts. You can also see the ''𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝘀'' or the throne of Zeus which is one of the most challenging peaks here. 𝐓he 12 gods of Olympus also known as 𝗗𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗸𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗼𝗻 (Greek: δωδεκα/dodeka = 12, θεον/theon = god) in Greek Mythology are the main Greek gods who lived on top of Mount Olympus. There are approximately 17 gods who are considered the 12 Gods of Olympus although there are no more than twelve in one list

𝐀t first Olympus was the home of the 12 Titans, Titan experienced a great war with the Olympian gods called Titanomachia. In this war the Titans suffered defeat and those who during the war fought with 𝗞𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘀 were banished to Tartaros. 𝐓he Titans (Greek: Τιτάν) in Greek mythology are the rulers of the earth before the Olympian gods. Their leader was named 𝗞𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘀 who would later be overthrown by 𝗭𝗲𝘂𝘀. The 12 Titans are the children of 𝓤ranus, the god of the sky and 𝓖aia, the goddess of the earth.
