This situation is not limited to security breaches; Google's changes often spill over to the Chromium ecosystem. For example, a recent update reduced the effectiveness of ad blockers, which directly affects users' privacy rights. These kinds of events give me reasons to consider alternatives like Mozilla's Firefox. Firefox offers a more transparent and customizable experience that prioritizes user privacy. And remember, a browser is not just a tool, but also the way you protect your privacy and online freedom.

Here are a few steps you need to follow to switch to Firefox:

- If you are currently using a Chromium-based mobile browser (such as Edge, Vivaldi, Brave, Kiwi) on your phone, first use our guide to move to an official Chrome browser of your choice, regardless of Beta, Canary or Developer version. (root required).
