In general, as a developer, you should be able to:
1. write useful codes
2. develop functional modules
3. create automated testing upon their codes
4. create documentation for their codes
5. if needed must be able to create/modify database with postgresql or sql.

Specific requirements for mobile developer:
1. fluent in Java is a must
2. able to develop Android or iOS, both GREAT!

Specific requirements for fullstack django developers:
1. fluent in Python, django, DRF is a must
2. able to produce HTML5 frontend with bootstrap is a minimum, able to do it on angular or react would be great!
