It's getting closer to the New Year and a lot of people are already posting summaries of their achievements, lessons learnt, skills gained, and booklists to share.

What about New Year Resolutions, though? Are they a part of the New Year festive mood in your culture? How serious are you about writing them (and burning them ritually so that they come true - oh yes, known as well as ash into champagne ritual)

Are you checking whether you are on track in the midsummer? Do you remember about them at all when the year is coming to an end? I am really curious to know what's your take on making New Year Resolutions.

Happy Holidays and cosy time to recharge
See you in 2022
Cheers
Well, it's time most of us probably forgot about our New Year resolutions. So, it's time to do what we really choose to do, or else prefer and prioritize. In this week's episode it's all about:

Time and goal revision
Ownership in pursuing goals
Choosing not to do something
The importance of prioritizing for academic performance https://anchor.fm/live-and-learn-podcast/episodes/On-prioritizing-goals-and-efforts-e1d0vu9
Are you a content person? Marina Yalanska definitely is, and is sharing her ideas on how to be cOntEnt person (Marina's life philosophy) with us in this week's episode "On reinventing careers and being happy"
Here is what we are discussing:
- Jobs vs hobbies vs other meaningful activities
-Professional transformation as a choice and a challenge
