Hubby and my youngest son got me a #ricecooker for #mothersday - so I'm trying it out tonight (it has #oliveoil and #veggiestock mixed in 3 cups of #basmattirice just need to add water)!

On the stove top - #steamedbroccoli , back bowl - #corriander and #mushrooms . Front bowl - #chopped #leek #onions and #garlic (the chopped #vegetables will go with the chicken).

Baking tray - #honey and #dill #carrots (will bake these).

For the next 2 nights, I'm only #cooking for 4 (instead of 8 or 9) as my three boys are on a school camp and my eldest daughter (teacher) is also away at the girls camp 😁

So I picked up a #miniroast on sale, will bake some #pumkin with #dill and #garlic and have already #steamed the #brocoli and #cauliflower with which it has a #whitecheese #sauce on top.

There's also a #gf #apple #tortecake for #dessert too 😁

It's #fishfriday - so tonight I've made a #friedrice using leftover #brownrice from last night, #cheesy #cauliflower & #brocolli and the main part of the meal - #flathead cooked with #lemon #dill #onion #mushrooms and #sourcream , topped with some #panko #glutenfree #breadcrumbs

My #crockpots are getting a good workout (I've got several 😉😁).
