#Homemade #pizzas for #dinnertonight (one is a #glutenfree base that I made weeks ago, but had in the freezer)!

Some have #tomatopaste and 2 have #BBQsauce on their base.
#dinnertonight - #tuna and #vegetable #pastabake ( #zucchini #mushroom #leek #onions #garlic #chives #tastycheese #dijonmustard #milk #cornflour ). With a side #salad

I forgot to put a bit of the #tunamornay mix aside for me before I mixed it with the pasta (being #glutenfree ), so I've pulled out a piece of frozen #hoki and put on #capsicum #garlic #redonion #dill #saltnpepper #oliveoil and #balsamicvinegar , which will go straight into the oven with the pasta bake.

It's #fishfriday - so tonight I've made a #friedrice using leftover #brownrice from last night, #cheesy #cauliflower & #brocolli and the main part of the meal - #flathead cooked with #lemon #dill #onion #mushrooms and #sourcream , topped with some #panko #glutenfree #breadcrumbs

These are #strawberry and #blueberry #glutenfree #muffins.

18 days of #breakfast with #yoghurt muffins (minus one I just had for #afternoontea ) 😁

Recipe:

In a mixing bowl add;
2 cups - gluten free SR flour
2 tablespoons - gluten free custard powder
1 cup - coconut sugar

Mix into dry ingredients;
2 eggs
3/4 cup - rice bran oil
3/4 cup - milk

Fold in 1 & 1/2 cups frozen strawberries and 1 cup frozen blueberries (can use fresh too).

In greased muffin tins, bake at 180C for 25 minutes.

Best eaten when hot (so I microwave for 40 seconds in the morning before adding the yoghurt)!
