Woken to no power this morning 😭 luckily there was a little water still in the taps to boil a #teapot and the #coffee #percolator - #toast #hack on the #gas #stovetop in #fryingpans

(Need my morning shower though) 😭🤬

I've been in Sydney for over a week now ☀️🌞 (so sorry Melbourne friends, but it's 20C at the moment and a high of 27C today) 😉

Not a bad place to walk this morning after attending @cronullabootcamp - #shellyparkcronulla #cronulla , followed by a quick stop at #caringbah for a @ourfather.cafe #latte #coffee 😍 ☕

Been up and about all morning (and without the #crutches 👍🏼).

It did take a little while to prep #dinner for tonight, but I managed it 👍🏼

Now it's time to lie down and #rest again after this #coffee ☕

#gravy #choppedparsley #garlic #sweetpotatoes #potatoes #carrots #beans #mushrooms #beetroot ( #chicken is in the fridge).

My day so far; been to my #boxing workout at 9.00am, then shopping, followed by getting home around 11.00am to make a #beefstew in my @brevilleaus #flavourmaker #crockpot (the #ricecooker is also ready to go on later too).

So, meanwhile and in between several washing cycles, I've finally got to sit down for a quiet #cuppa #coffee ☕😍

✳️ Now it's #coffee #relaxation time ✔️

Was a hard choice (afterall in France #wine is served always with lunch 😉), plus there's only one glass amount left in the bottle......but I chose the #wakeup #juice #coffee 😁☕

Got #dinner (and enough to freeze for another meal) organised early this morning.

Have I mentioned how much I love my @brevilleaus #flavourmaker #slowcooker #crockpot 😍 the fact I can get and cook on the stovetop first, then just lift the pot back into the heated base is the best.

#spaghettibol #bolognesesauce with #celery #onions #garlic #herbs #carrots #eggplant #zucchini #beefmince (found some frozen crushed tomatoes in the freezer), and lastly, added a bottle of #passata, then poured #redwine into the empty bottle, shook and added also to the dish along with freshly picked #bayleaves . Once the #tomatoes have melted, will add cracked #salt and #pepper and give it a good mix.

My kitchen is clean and I'm now for that second cup of #coffee 😁☕

#goodmorning - sometimes I get to sleepin on Saturday's and I've made a #delicous #breakfast in the @delonghi_au #multifry

Grilled #salami #tomato #spinach and #cheese on a toasted #gf @abbottsbakery slice of bread 😍

While not forgetting my daily #vitamins and #coffee of course.

Finally I can sit down for a minute or two - #lattee #coffee ☕ time.

The kitchen is tidy once again, and #dinner underway. A #cake for #dessert is cooking in the @delonghi_au #multifry at the moment.

Testing the new #oven @smegaustralia - #cakes are cooking well, but I'm still not use to cooking #dinner inside yet. My old #smeg was so much better.
