Hubby and my youngest son got me a #ricecooker for #mothersday - so I'm trying it out tonight (it has #oliveoil and #veggiestock mixed in 3 cups of #basmattirice just need to add water)!

On the stove top - #steamedbroccoli , back bowl - #corriander and #mushrooms . Front bowl - #chopped #leek #onions and #garlic (the chopped #vegetables will go with the chicken).

Baking tray - #honey and #dill #carrots (will bake these).

Just cooked up some #mexicanbeef #mince in the #wok first, then transferred into my #oldfashioned #crockpot (in which I poured a can of #dicedtomatoes🍅 in to heat prior to adding from the wok mixture - setting on LOW).

A late #breakfast this morning (after a much needed sleep in).

Pan fried #tomatoes and #mushrooms .

Fried #onions #ham and #meltedcheese on a @abbottsbakery #gf toasted bread with #fetacheese and #avocado

Got #dinner (and enough to freeze for another meal) organised early this morning.

Have I mentioned how much I love my @brevilleaus #flavourmaker #slowcooker #crockpot 😍 the fact I can get and cook on the stovetop first, then just lift the pot back into the heated base is the best.

#spaghettibol #bolognesesauce with #celery #onions #garlic #herbs #carrots #eggplant #zucchini #beefmince (found some frozen crushed tomatoes in the freezer), and lastly, added a bottle of #passata, then poured #redwine into the empty bottle, shook and added also to the dish along with freshly picked #bayleaves . Once the #tomatoes have melted, will add cracked #salt and #pepper and give it a good mix.

My kitchen is clean and I'm now for that second cup of #coffee 😁☕
