The #fireplace is lit as I'm sitting here alone with my #glass filled with a #pearcider , hubby has gone out into the cold tonight (it's 9C at the moment) as my youngest son has a night footy game.

Had a lovely time yesterday, we went for a swim and spa (after using the gym and where we are staying); later went to the movies - watched Top Gun Maverick - a great movie!
And afterwards found a locals hangout #foodmarket called the @miamimarketta with live music, food stalls and bars. Here we are sitting on old #Victorian era couches, while having a #gincocktail each! #cheers

What a day !
Yesterday I ordered new tyres for my car.. two back needed replacing within 3 months, front two within 6 months, so might as well get 4 right?
My day today...🙄😭
Did school run.
Had to go back to pickup a son from school 11.50am to get him to his Tafe course at 1230pm.
Left home ..got almost to school and realised it was only 10.50am (blonde moment). Drove home again...got almost home (1 minute away), hear noise from my car..pulled over ...blew a tyre.
Meanwhile .. one of my daughter's had to borrow her eldest sisters car (as hers is dead). My other daughter had to leave for work at 12.30pm.
My daughter with the borrowed car (and broken down car) and I also had appointment at Mitsubishi to look at used cars.
We waited for roadside assistance to arrive (1hr). Said daughter drove home from where she was to picked up the other daughter (who took my spot and waited for the road side assistance to arrive - it was also pouring rain). She then drove my car home and managed just to leave for work.
Meanwhile my daughter and I, went back to school, made it to Tafe and the appointments, but realised the loan car was to be left at school and we had no way to get home if I collected my other son.
But fortunately, my eldest daughters plans changed for tomorrow, so the loan car is available for another day...
Tomorrow however, I've got to be in two places at once...my car currently has a small space saver tyre (can only drive at 80kms per hour) and I've a feeling the other can't be repaired to swap it over.
So I might just finish off this glass and top it up again 😁😍🍷🥂
