Or if you are after a #snack , they are a substitute for #crisps or #potatochips - #yummy and #delicious (I just had four) 😍

I've been MIA since last Thursday (caught gastro) 😭, so been out of the kitchen for days.

Today's been the first day that I've started to feel almost well.again.

Thankfully I had some #frozen #mexicanbeef in our freezer, so I just defrosted it in the #crockpot ; #baked some #potatochips and have thrown together what I call a #mexican #potato #lasagne for dinner tonight. #bachamelsauce

Just need to make up the salad now!
