For the next 2 nights, I'm only #cooking for 4 (instead of 8 or 9) as my three boys are on a school camp and my eldest daughter (teacher) is also away at the girls camp 😁

So I picked up a #miniroast on sale, will bake some #pumkin with #dill and #garlic and have already #steamed the #brocoli and #cauliflower with which it has a #whitecheese #sauce on top.

There's also a #gf #apple #tortecake for #dessert too 😁

Here's a #garlicbread #hack !!!

Use #turkishbread instead, as it's much easier than slicing a #frenchbread stick and trying to butter in between the little grooves.

Slice the #bread in half , use a #cake #spatula to spread the mixture on, then slice afterwards before wrapping in foil!
