I tried out @jamieoliver #spanish #potato #tortilla last night. But I added more ingredients. @jamieoliver how could you not add #garlic ?

I also added #zucchini #chives #parsley and #parmesancheese - it was #delicious but needed something more, so next time I'm going to mix some #tastycheese or #mozerella in with the egg mixture.

Would be great with #chicken or #chorizo as well (if you don't just want #vegetarian ). ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I made #homemade #tomatosauce with some of our garden produce of #garlic #tomatoes and #zucchini (plus other #veggies too and #redwine

This meal is so easy to prepare but also so #delicious . Oven baked #sausages with #vegetables and #gravy - #carrots #potatoes #thyme #oregano #garlic #redonion #leek #zucchini (plus have thrown in some leftover cooked #cornkernels )

Just cooked up some #mexicanbeef #mince in the #wok first, then transferred into my #oldfashioned #crockpot (in which I poured a can of #dicedtomatoes🍅 in to heat prior to adding from the wok mixture - setting on LOW).

Got #dinner (and enough to freeze for another meal) organised early this morning.

Have I mentioned how much I love my @brevilleaus #flavourmaker #slowcooker #crockpot 😍 the fact I can get and cook on the stovetop first, then just lift the pot back into the heated base is the best.

#spaghettibol #bolognesesauce with #celery #onions #garlic #herbs #carrots #eggplant #zucchini #beefmince (found some frozen crushed tomatoes in the freezer), and lastly, added a bottle of #passata, then poured #redwine into the empty bottle, shook and added also to the dish along with freshly picked #bayleaves . Once the #tomatoes have melted, will add cracked #salt and #pepper and give it a good mix.

My kitchen is clean and I'm now for that second cup of #coffee 😁☕
