window有没有命令可以清除文件夹[并且结束它的运行占用]防止它运行删除不掉

需要cmd命令行的操作。图形化的可以右键选择腾讯管家去删除，自动解决占用问题删除不掉。现在需要命令行的操作去代替。因为用vscode，在window打开文件夹，鼠标右键，选择腾讯管家去删除很麻烦。

读金价下跌帖子有感

在论坛中从来没写过有关我专业的内容，今天写一下，大家可以听听我看法，可以理性讨论，如果我说的不对，劳请各位指正批评。

下面仅仅是个人理解：

要先明白一点就是，黄金的本质仍是对冲工具（当前国际风险加剧、局势不确定时用来保值，比如俄乌冲突，巴以冲突）。而现在中美重启贸易谈判、市场开始期待达成协议，股市上涨，这类“局势缓和”迹象使金价出现调整。

另一方面，现在把黄金当作价值投资是不太理智的——价格已经处在较高位置，再上涨1%所需投入的资金量巨大，也就是所谓的边际成本太高。

技术面上：长期上涨早就进入卖区，其实我在上一个4200美元时就都出了，到4500我也不羡慕。

个人对投资的理解：投资首要的原则是活下来，减少内耗焦虑。投资所考虑的成本不光是金钱，特别是个人投资，精神层面也很重要的，不能为了赚5%的收益，整天盯着夜盘，身体也坏了。

说回黄金，本身到4400时已经非常危险，多数指标都不看好，下降概率极大，毕竟机构也要赚钱（套现）。

至于操作逻辑：如果长线持有，就别被短期波动焦虑；反之做短线操作，就必须盯好买点与卖点，这需要经验和技术分析。大家，肯定也不会加杠杆，那就心如止水吧。
