如题，最近高强度敲键盘，有时候觉得左边肩胛骨有点疼。看到一个康复师的视频说是可能没有把手臂放在桌子上承托，现在把键盘放回桌子上了，想问问各位佬友，那种像木制的键盘掌托对敲键盘的舒适性有改善么？

期待 Gemini 3 computer use 模型
估计下一代 computer use 会基于 Flash 模型，因为 Pro 模型太慢，Gemini 3 Flash 多模态能力并没有削弱
估计支持的动作会多很多，主要用于操作系统控制，而不是 2.5 Pro computer use模型一样专注浏览器控制

小县城现状，人少，年轻人更少（不排除是个例现象）
出差一个小县城，高铁候车室空空荡荡的，附近少说10公里都没什么人烟，而且整体能看到的年轻人也很少，当然也不排除是工作日原因

一早起来就看到了邮件，这下应该是全部开放了吧。

Starting today, most paid tier customers of Gemini CLI have access to both Gemini 3 Pro and Gemini 3 Flash, including:
● All non-business customers of Google AI Pro or AI Ultra
● Users who have access using a paid API key through Google AI or Vertex
● Gemini Code Assist users that have been enabled by their cloud admin for preview models
For free tier users:
● You are receiving this message because you previously signed up for the Gemini 3 preview access in Gemini CLI. We are excited to announce that you now have access to both Gemini 3 Pro, and our newly released Gemini 3 Flash model directly within the Gemini CLI
What’s New:
We’re expanding the Gemini 3 model family with the release of Gemini 3 Flash, our most efficient model that helps you learn, build and plan anything faster. It balances Pro-grade coding proficiency with low latency to support your daily development workflows.
How to Access:
1. Update your Gemini CLI to the latest version (0.21.1)
2. Ensure your Preview Features setting is set to true (run /settings to check)
3. You can now route tasks to the new model using the /model command or rely on Auto-routing for simple tasks

进了L站之后，偶尔会看到有关“富可敌国”的讨论，起初以为只是佬们之间的调侃，直到昨日才发现这是个真实存在的称号，可以充值获得，而且还有推广权限，但充值入口只有专门搜索才能找到。

我整了套马年动态表情包，第一次做动态的，欢迎来用
第一次做动态的表情包，其实一开始做的一版是静态的，12个表情，全部都是用大香蕉出的图，然后自己用ps去下水印和裁剪下大小就完事了。
后来想着用 grok 把图片改成动态的，用的还是之前12个底图。因为 grok 生成的视频是6s的，太长了。
就用剪映来裁剪，挑选2-3秒合适的就行，而且剪映可以免费导出240大小的gif，正好符合微信表情要求的240*240大小 👏

第一次做动态的表情包，其实一开始做的一版是静态的，12个表情，全部都是用大香蕉出的图，然后自己用ps去下水印和裁剪下大小就完事了。

插件基于飞速markdown项目 目前找了几个人同时在测试 😄 属于一边用一边改的阶段 所以还没发上线。

使用notion导入遇到的一个比较无语的问题
就是想着把所有整理的文档塞进去，于是就把本地md文档打包成zip打包导入到notion。
本来期望是直接导入在我所在【私人】区，xxx页面层级下的，因为此时我是在xxx页面点击导入的，
然而更离谱的是，导入结果是给我创建了多个【团队协作区】
并且在【私人】区也有导入文档，可以说是一团混乱了
最重要的是没法批量操作，得一个个拖动手动删了》。。
