帮我出出主意

最近我的台铃小电动车前后轮胎频频没气，一次前轮，两次后轮，后轮的胎前两周还换了个新的，但是今天早上正准备骑，发现一点气都没了，去店里做个全面检查，没有找到漏气的点，师傅说大概率是有叼毛在偷偷放气，我也早就怀疑这点了，我租住的小区楼层最高也就三层，小别墅改的房子，车子我都是停在楼下划定的停车区，但是小区这块没有监控，我该怎么办？ :bili_001:
声明，我住在三层，从不扰民，听歌必带耳机，也不做饭，平时也没怎么和这座小楼的人碰过面，所以我不太理解，有没有佬友能帮我分析一下的 :tieba_006:
有次前轮没气，估计没放完，这种电动车是没有内胎的，我在十字路口过红绿灯的时候，前轮胎突然气全没了，车子把持不住，吓我一身汗。
