What is sin? Well, in the same sense that “attention = love”, “sin = neglect.” We are all sinners; one cannot keeps one’s attention constantly on all the things that one loves.
For instance, with more than one child, they will be constantly vying for the parents’ attention.
Parents cannot help but sinning, when they attend to one child’s needs over another.
Describing this equation is not done to point fingers and say, e.g., “See, all parents are bad/evil/neglectful” – neglect happens everywhere, like focusing on finishing a job rather than giving attention to a spouse – it’s just to describe reality: we are all sinners, and need Jesus Christ for salvation.
And, that’s the religion that I was born into. I am convinced there are others that work, and I also have no “need” to explore them since I know 1 John 5:13 says we can know that we are saved, and I have followed Romans 10:9, the instructions to do so.
I’d like to help bring as many people as I can to Heaven. So perhaps learning them could be a future goal, depending on where my walk with God takes me in this Earth.

Today learned Ohio is 2nd-largest egg producing state, Iowa is first (Indiana appears tied with Ohio).
So, not only are they removing eggs from the market/pricing them out of reach -- they are ALSO ensuring the ones that make it to market will be even more compromised.

One day we had arranged to go to lunch. I showed up in his office, and he was on the phone with his wife, speaking Hebrew. It went “Hebrew Hebrew Hebrew Ken my love” and I was momentarily taken aback.
Turned out “Ken” means “yes” in Hebrew, so he was merely agreeing with his wife. Those three words became part of our vocabulary for decades.
