We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to join our Jaipur team. The role will cover end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, recruitment, induction, attendance & leave management, grievance handling, and talent management. This role is not limited to the responsibilities listedโyou will get exposure to the complete gamut of the HR domain, providing excellent learning and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Induction: Manage pre-joining formalities and conduct induction programs.
Recruitment & Hiring: Support hiring needs through sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance, process leaves, and coordinate payroll inputs.
Employee Grievance & Engagement: Address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives.
Talent Management: Assist in performance management and maintain HR records.
