📚 Unreal Conditionals: Past | Unit 3
وقتی درباره‌ی یک اتفاق غیرواقعی در گذشته صحبت می‌کنیم؛ یعنی اتفاقی که رخ نداده و نتیجه‌ی متفاوتی هم به دنبال نداشته، از این ساختار استفاده می‌کنیم.
🔹 فرمول اصلی:
If + Past Perfect, would have + V3
«If I had studied, I would have passed the exam.
اگر درس خوانده بودم، امتحان را قبول می‌شدم.»
یعنی در واقعیت: درس نخواندم → قبول نشدم.

در Direct Speech دقیقاً حرف شخص رو نقل می‌کنیم:
«Sara said, “I am tired.”»
اما در Indirect Speech حرف شخص رو غیرمستقیم بیان می‌کنیم:
«Sara said that she was tired.»
🔹 تغییر زمان‌ها:
Present Simple → Past Simple
“I work.” → He said he worked.
Present Continuous → Past Continuous
“I am working.” → He said he was working.
Past Simple → Past Perfect
“I saw her.” → He said he had seen her.
Present Perfect → Past Perfect
“I have finished.” → He said he had finished.
will → would
“I will call.” → He said he would call.
can → could
“I can swim.” → He said he could swim.
may → might
“I may go.” → He said he might go.
