You just have to satisfy two conditions to crack this problem, but how will you implement this?
Find the minimum number of operations to obtain an array of lists that satisfies a few conditions in the said question. All you have to do is to make sure that the first element and last element of each list are equal and the first element of all the lists is the same. A hill is any index such that both its neighbors are strictly smaller than it and a valley is any index such that both its neighbors are strictly larger than it.
