Elon Musk's company xAI has developed a powerful AI model called Grok, which has fewer limitations than other commercial AI models

Grok is designed to answer questions wittily and has a rebellious streak, as well as answer racy questions that are rejected by most other AIs.

Grok is built on the Grok-1 language model, which has 33 billion parameters and uses "advanced generation search" to add relevant information from the X platform to its results.

The company claims that Grok's main advantage is real-time knowledge of the world through the X platform.

OpenAI has released a platform for creating custom versions of ChatGPT - chatbots that can be customized for specific tasks.

These AI agents, called GPTs, will be available in the GPT Store, and their creators will be rewarded based on the intensity of use of their GPTs. GPTs will be available to paid ChatGPT Plus subscribers and OpenAI enterprise customers, who will be able to create GPTs only for their employees.

GPT creators will not be able to view the chats people have with them, and OpenAI will monitor activity to block things like scams, hate speech and "adult topics." The GPT store will only accept agents from people who have confirmed their identity.

OpenAI believes the GPT platform brings it one step closer to its main goal of creating superintelligent AI, or AGI.
