The events will take place at three main venues in the city. Guests will enjoy master classes, a production from the Russian Drama and Comedy Theatre, and a concert by dombra players.
In addition to the cultural program, festival participants will be able to enjoy national cuisine. The main decoration of the festival will be the blooming of tulips in the steppe.
The ethnographic program "Ishkya Ger" has already been launched in the city center. Local entrepreneurs present their products from souvenirs to national costumes.
