😉Just about the new meme:

Поживём - увидим!
  [pa-zhy-vyom u-vi-dim]
We'll live and see (what happens).

🔻There is also a colloquial ending to this Russian saying:

Поживём - увидим. Выживем - учтём!
[pa-zhy-vyom u-vi-dim. vy-zhy-vim u-ch-tyom]
We'll see what happens. If we make it through, we'll learn from it!

😎Доброе утро, товарищи!

Лазить 🆚️ Лазать

Лазить (imper.)
[la-zit']
=
Лазать (imperf.)
[la-zat']
To climb, to clamber

🔻Both verbs exist in the Russian language.

1⃣Dictionaries indicate that "лазить" is commonly used and stylistically neutral. Its first-person singular form is "я лажу" [ya la-zhu] (I'm climbing /I climb)

я ла‌жу
• ты ла‌зишь
• он/она‌/оно‌ ла‌зит
• мы ла‌зим
• вы ла‌зите
• они‌ ла‌зят

2⃣However, "лазать" (with the first-person singular form "я лазаю" [ya la-za-ju] (I'm climbing /I climb) is considered colloquial. This means that its use is acceptable in spoken language but generally not preferred in writing.

я ла‌заю
• ты ла‌заешь
• он/она‌/оно‌ ла‌зает
• мы ла‌заем
• вы ла‌заете
• они‌ ла‌зают

Example:
Котики не лазают/лазят по шторам, они проверяют их на прочность!
[ko-ti-ki ni la-za-yut/la-zyat pa shto-ram, a-ni pra-vi-rya-yut ikh na proch-nast']

Anthony Hopkins played Pierre Bezukhov in the British 20-part television series "War and Peace", produced by the BBC.

🔻The premiere took place on September 30, 1972.

🔻Initially, the creators invited Marlon Brando for the role of Pierre Bezukhov, but he declined.  Then the role was offered to Hopkins, and he, in the opinion of foreign viewers, became "the best Pierre Bezukhov."

🔻Just look at the illustrations to the novel by V. Serov and D. Shmarinova to see the resemblance to the literary character.

Nestled just outside of St. Petersburg, Pavlovsk Palace and Park offers a tranquil escape from the city's bustle.

🔻This UNESCO World Heritage Site, once the summer residence of Emperor Paul I and his wife, Empress Maria Feodorovna, is a breathtaking example of 18th-century Neoclassical architecture.

🔻The golden-white palace, is visible even from distant points in the park and the city. Its three-story central building, crowned with a flat dome, is the earliest in terms of construction and the most exquisite in terms of decoration. It was created by Charles Cameron in the 1780s.

🔻The sprawling park surrounding the palace is a triumph of landscape design. Winding paths lead you through picturesque gardens, enchanting groves, and charming bridges. Look out for the iconic Pavilion of Three Graces, the romantic ruins of the Temple of Friendship, and the serene lake reflecting the beauty of the nature.
