Vowel Е after Ш, Ж, Ц

🔻Consonant sounds [ш], [ж] and [ц], on the contrary, are always hard.

🔻Therefore, in combination with Ш, Ж and Ц, the unstressed vowel E is read not as [и], but as [ы].
