IX. In Cytegno, the Owner division is responsible for reprimanding admins/members if they make mistakes within the scope of Cytegno.

VIII. BE CAREFUL, DILIGENT and ACTIVE in all things, especially in PS chats, their data, and actively reply to PS chats without delay.
