A new personal best for the Running  Machine in Cornwall this morning! Fighting a head wind for the second half, Susan finished second in her age group.

Twenty years ago today we started our first visit to Portugal. Thanks to our friend Helena we stayed in the Graça area where we had some wonderful views of Lisboa.

Transplanted three weeks ago ... we'll have some in a salad tomorrow!

It was a beautiful day today and we headed out to the Blue Anchor for lunch on their riverside patio. We both had lobster roll platters which were great, and we ordered a Stella in honour of our friend Frank who often lunched there before his health issues hospitalized him. We had given up on seeing any ships when suddenly there was one! And as we were losing sight of it another came along going the other way. A great experience and it is going to become a regular habit.
