Also a useful connection from Montreal to Sevilla on Royal Air Maroc.
Spent some time outside today checking out the massive construction work happening in our neighbourhood. Luckily it's two blocks away! (Dad would have been delighted.)

The Cabalgata will be coming down this street in about two hours. Taken from our balcony.
The Cabalgata in three short clips: the lead float (la Estrella de la Ilusión); marching band with the entire street singing; the final float (King Balthazar). Less than an hour of absolute wonderful madness. At this point they had been doing this for four hours!

¡Qué divertido!

And finally, Steve with our balloon which I found and he attached to our balcony railing. We didn't want to feel left out 😊

We were welcomed back to La Montanera by Manuel (Dos) seen here recording orders. While the bills are electronic, the running orders are kept with pen and paper.

Our meal was delicious!

First lunch at La Maceta for 2025. Manzanilla and almendras while waiting for our table (from where the second picture was taken).
A warm welcome from the entire crew at Bar Toro this morning. It was nice to be back ... 🤝
Beautiful day for a walk along the Guadalquivir after lunch at Casa Oliva

This morning as we were having our coffee at Bar Toro we spotted a guy standing at the bar that looked very much like Rick Tudhope, a colleague from our years at SSFC. Hope you are doing well, Rick!
Oranges are being harvested in various places in the city. These are waiting for transport from the fairgrounds of the Feria de Abril (which is being held in May this year.)
Sevilla is still a port.
After lunch at La Maceta, we walked over to the Plaza de España (see short video) and back.
