Heyyy 🤍, I nak share my results of doing this routine consistently for 5months now! 🥹 It seriously works. Dulu i thought this “Gua Sha” thing was a myth. I tak percaya . But after i dah buat consistently every morning and night without fail! I started seeing real changes.

✨ I came across an expert who explained that natural stones like jade or crystal are highly recommended. Macam my guasha tu.
🚫 Please avoid plastic gua sha. It doesn’t provide the same benefits. I pernah try in 2 days terus keluar bumps! Definitely not for me.
🪙 As for metal gua sha, it’s more suitable if you have a strong skin barrier.

Also, before do Guasha please buat lymphatic drainage massage. This one boleh refer youtube/tiktok! It preps your face and helps so much with results. Serious!

Nak pilih the right stone pun kena betul, so that dia bagi proper pressure dekat muka. The one i pakai tebal sikit. 🫶🏻
