Keskiviikkona pidetään vuoden ensimmäinen Teekkarikokous. Kokoukseen on läsnäolo-oikeudellisia kaikki AYY:n jäsenet. Kokous pidetään klo 18 alkaen B-salissa Kandidaattikeskuksessa, osoitteessa Otakaari 1. Esityslistalla muun muassa, Tempaus 2024-esittely, Teekkarien tunnusohjesäännöt ja Polyteekkarilippu. Tervetuloa paikalle!

Årets första Teknologmöte kommer att hållas på onsdag. Alla medlemmar i AUS har rätt att närvara vid mötet. Mötet kommer att hållas från kl 18:00 i Sal B i Kandidatcentret, Otakaari 1. På agendan står bland annat presentationen av Tempaus 2024, Reglementet för Teknologinsignier och Polyteknikernas fana. Välkommen!

The first Teekkari Assembly of the year will be held on Wednesday. All members of AYY are entitled to attend the meeting. The Assembly will be held from 18:00 onwards in Hall B in Undergraduate Centre, at Otakaari 1. The agenda includes, among other things, Tempaus 2024 presentation, Teekkari symbol guidelines and the Polytekkari flag. There will be live interpretation in the Assembly. Welcome!

The late spring scholarship application period is now open! 💰💰

You can apply for the following scholarships:
Aleksander ja Lucie Lampénin rahaston stipendit (only for Finnish students)
Oiva Allan Pölkkynen foundation scholarships
Teknos-Winter foundation scholarships (only for students in SMP and Functional Materials majors)
Dean's scholarship for foreign students in the School of Chemical Engineering

On tullut aika jälleen löytää seuraava Kondensatiotirehtööri/tirehtööripari toteuttamaan ensi vuoden parhainta vuosijuhlaa! Kondensatio järjestetään alkukeväästä 2024 ja nyt on sinun mahdollisuutesi lähteä mukaan juhlien organisointiin. Kondensatiotirehtöörinä tehtävääsi kuuluu toimikunnan kokoaminen ja johtaminen sekä vuosijuhlien toteutuksen organisointi ja budjetointi. Toki saat raadilta tukea tehtävään.

Vuosijuhlien järjestäminen on yksi hienoimmista kokemuksista vapaaehtoiskentällä ja se antaa tärkeitä taitoja myös työelämään. Aikaisemmasta juhlienjörjestämiskokemuksesta on hyötyä, mutta tehokkaalla toimikunnalla pääsee jo pitkälle. Jos kiinnostuit tehtävästä, täytä tämä forms. Application for Kondensatio director is now open!

It is yet again time to find our next Kondensatio director(s) to organize next year’s best annual ball! Kondensatio 134 will be held in February 2024 and now is your chance to be a part of the organizing. As the director, your tasks will be building and leading the committee as well as budgeting and organizing the ball. The board will support you through the way.

Organizing an annual ball is one of the most rewarding experiences as a volunteer, giving also practical skills that are useful in the working life. Previous experience in event organizing is seen as a plus, but an efficient and motivated committee will do the job.

If you are interested in this position, fill up this forms and tell more about yourself and your ideas. You can also contact the board for further information on the topic.

Save the Date: Komppa-seminaari 13.9.

KKlubi ja Kemistikilta järjestävät yhdessä opiskelijoita ja valmistuneita kemiantekniikan ammattilaisia yhteen tuovan seminaari- ja verkostoitumistapahtuman, Komppa-seminaarin! Ensimmäisen Komppa-seminaarin teemana on kierrätys ja kestävä kehitys. Puhujia tapahtumassa muun muassa VTT:lta, Spinnovalta, sekä Ociencelta. Ohjelma julkaistaan ja ilmoittautuminen tapahtumaan aukeaa elokuussa. Paikkojen määrä jaettu opiskelijoiden ja alumnien kesken, olethan siis ajoissa liikkeessä. Nähdään syyskuussa!

PS. Seuraavana päivänä (14.9.) KKlubin 25 vuotisjuhlat, näistä lisää elokuussa!

Save the Date: Komppa Seminar 13.9.

KKlubi and Chemistry Guild jointly organize a seminar and networking event, the Komppa seminar for students and alumni. The theme of the first Komppa seminar is recycling and sustainable future. Speakers at the event come from, for example, VTT, Spinnova, and Ocience – and more. The program will be published and registration for the event will start by August. The number of places is divided between students and alumni, so be sure to sign up in time. See you in September!

NOTE: The event will be mainly in Finnish but including English parts.

PS. The 25th anniversary of KKlubi will be on the following day (Sep 14th). More info on that coming in August!
