Wichita, KS, October 2, 2025. World Economic Forum speaker Mark Esposito sold a bill of goods to the business leaders of the region and to some elected officials and bureaucrats at WSU/CEDBR’s annual Economic Outlook Conference. He announced Kansas had been selected by the globalists to be the location for their “laboratory” for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the Great Reset, and for “remobilizing globalization” in Kansas.

Kansans were told they were “cool” and to be excited as globalists want to come invest in Kansas. They were praised for all the groundwork already put in place with many acres of solar panels and wind turbines, the Panasonic lithium battery factory, and the bio-tech companies. Esposito said Kansas had been chosen over Texas and California as it has 1) an abundance of water (despite messaging for years by state government of a water shortage and need for more regulation), 2) multiple bio-industries with proteins (e.g., wheat), and 3) Kansas has “digital roots in the rural soil” – that’s global-ese for “your land isn’t going to produce food, products, or jobs anymore, but be used for energy production, AI, Data, and Battery facilities, and water consumption by these facilities. They call this a “supply chain redesign,” while “hyperscale projects stress test grid, water, and sovereignty models.” Read that again. Kansas truly is going to be the test rat. No wonder their maps for 2075 showed the rural counties’ population declining 25-50%. The jobs and people will be gone if they have their way.

Mr. Esposito, who praised Klaus Schwab in his speech, said Kansas’ economy would be shifted from “labor to learning systems,” and said the economy would be built on “algorithms, not assembly lines.” The plan is to have Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC’s), digital identities, and even said, “Whoever writes the code, writes the rules of globalization.” The globalists consider your data their capital to sell, exchange, and their favorite: control.
