Roscosmos shared the following measures they will take to be sure, the MS-22 crew will stay safe before the #SoyuzMS23 arrival. On January 17-18, Rubio's seat (presumably, only the lodgment) will be moved to Crew Dragon. In case of an emergency, Francisco Rubio will return to Earth on Crew Dragon, while Prokopiev and Petelin will use #SoyuzMS22 to get back home. When MS-23 arrives, Rubio's seat will be moved there, so all three crew members can return on Soyuz ship.

Роскосмос и космические агентства стран-партнеров по МКС приняли меры для обеспечения безопасного возвращения экипажа станции на Землю в случае аварии до прибытия корабля «Союз МС-23».
Из-за нештатной ситуации с кораблем «Союз МС-22», его экипаж — Сергей Прокопьев, Дмитрий Петелин и Франциско Рубио — вернутся на Землю на «Союзе МС-23», который должен пристыковаться к МКС в беспилотном режиме 22 февраля.
Системы МКС и корабля «Союз МС-22» работают штатно, но в случае аварии до прибытия «Союза МС-23» экипажу понадобится экстренная эвакуация на Землю. Кресло Франциско Рубио решено временно переместить из «Союза МС-22» в корабль Crew Dragon (работы пройдут 17-18 января).
При необходимости экстренной эвакуации Франциско Рубио вернется на Землю на нем, а космонавты Роскосмоса — на «Союзе МС-22». Спуск двух космонавтов вместо трех будет более безопасным, так как поможет снизить температуру и влажность в «Союзе МС-22».
После прибытия на МКС «Союза МС-23» кресла всех трех космонавтов, включая Франциско Рубио, будут перенесены в него.

Today, Frank Rubio's lodgment (the replaceable part of the Soyuz seat, made custom for every crew member) was moved to Crew Dragon - so in case of an emergency he wouldn't have to leave ISS on the damaged #SoyuzMS22. When #SoyuzMS23 arrives, all three lodgments will be moved there.
Roscosmos reported that an ISS orbit correction maneuver was performed today at 14:57 UTC in preparation for the departure of Soyuz MS-22 and arrival of Soyuz MS-23. The #ProgressMS20 engines fired for 591,4 seconds and increased the station's orbit altitude for 1,6 km.
