I wanted to clear up some confusion as we are getting support tickets where people are a little confused about how to setup both the Hybrid and MA3 alerts.
At the moment Karbon has 2 indicators that work in different ways, this means each indicator and their subsequent alerts need to work on their own individual Karbon account or sub account. The Hybrid and MA3 alerts CANNOT be in the same account.
The Hybrid alerts open and close using the advanced money management and the MA3 alerts open and close using trading view signals. This is why individual karbon accounts are needed for each indicator.
Please make sure the account you are using to setup your Hybrid alerts has NO OPEN trades and has not been already used for MA3 alerts, also ensure the account you are using does not have any baseline V2 trades open.
Every member has the “Karbon Trader” in their back office, this is an extra trading account that can be used to setup the Hybrid alerts as it is a new account. You do not have to use this account, you can use any account including a main account or a sub account to setup your Hybrid or MA3 Alerts.
The important factor is to only add your Hybrid alerts into an account that has no open trades and is NOT already taking MA3 alerts. Please don’t combine alerts in an account.
Lastly, please note that if our team give you access to the Hybrid Indicator this does not mean your alerts are automatically “setup”, access to the Hybrid indicator means that your trading view account has this “invite only script” allowing you to setup your alerts. Of course you can contact our support team for the White Glove Service and we will ensure your alerts are accurately and quickly setup.

As ByBit moves closer to April 8th, they have decided to BAN all server IP address from US servers.
Karbon's servers are in the U.S. and this ban took affect a few hours ago, in response we are moving
some of our servers off shore and the functions that connect API keys to our systems will change.
Once this process is completed, I will post a tutorial video on what you need to change in your API
keys on ByBit.
