What you’re about to see is a real war in terms of Russian ROE. All dual use infrastructure, decision making centers and leadership are legitimate targets now. I also suspect that caution around western “advisors” in Ukraine has been dropped.
This doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re going to start attempting to assassinating Zelensky, Just that all leadership can be targeted.
