I believe China has reevaluated the Taiwan situation in light of U.S. actions against Iran which are clearly intended to disrupt the Chinese economy.

Likely just more aggressive political and subversive actions in undermining the current regime and forcing reunification peacefully.

No matter what their plan is however it’s now abundantly clear what they are dealing with in the west and should be preparing their asses off for what’s going to come their way eventually.

Working on the basis of decades or centuries is fantastic and should be continued but when your opponent works in moments, hours and weeks you must match them or be outpaced in the short term. We don’t have decades to flip the board on this game.
