Re on PWC Precinct 0612

After our public pressure campaign , they opened the box for p612 and counted the ballots today. All 3 members of the electoral board and one EO from each party. I was not present to observe (running late) but PWC Republican Chair was.

They couldn't rectify the poll book, but they did get the physical ballot count to match the scanner tape after opening the box. The box was held out from being turned into the circuit court until after todays session. All other precincts are at the court.

Multiple election officers had legitimate concerns and asked for their precinct results to be validated and checked. Initially the board was not going to do anything, until we all started making a stink. The conclusion of the board is that it must be human error. That might have been the same conclusion they wanted to go with originally, but we at least now required them to show evidence of that position.

I’m thankful that they checked. That’s part of what we asked for. I still wish they had better answers on the pollbook numbers, and I wish they had better chain of custody on the ballot box.

Follow up coming soon with all the details.
The distribution of invalid NCOA addresses combined with number of absentee ballot returns across the state of VA:

I recently stumbled across a small handful (15) of deceased individuals on the voter rolls in VA. I did my due diligence and can produce the obituaries from multiple services (Findagrave + Ancestry) with exact matches to full name, birth date, death date, last residence, etc. I can even tell you where their gravestone is and have photos of the site.

So … I went to the registrar for one of the counties where 4 of these records existed. Interestingly enough, VA department of elections FORBIDS Registrars from acting on information provided to them wrt deceased individuals. They are ONLY allowed to act on deceased info provided by the Bureau of Vital Statistics. (Guidance was published to Registrars June 2022)

I could have a heart attack and be pronounced dead in front of them in their office, and they still couldn’t take me off the rolls if they wanted to.

So … how do I get the Bureau of Vital Statistics to confirm a persons death and send out the necessary notifications, I wonder? I’m working on that, but no joy yet.

Something to discuss with your legislators, VA.
I finally have some solid numbers to put against all of the anecdotal observations of potential (key word) duplicates existing in the VA voter rolls. I’ve gotten about as far as I can go without access to things like SSN, etc. but it’s a good start.

It’s a technical read, but I’ve tried to make it digestible for everybody.

I’ve also offered to ELECT to help them do this type of analysis at scale (what ERIC should have been doing) but no response.

Distribution of VA voter ID numbers and relationship to identified cloned registration records.

https://digitalpollwatchers.org/voter-id-number-distribution-patterns-in-va-registered-voter-list/
“we have identified at least 1,481 unique registrations that were identified as “Determined Non-Citizen” and removed by ELECT from the voter rolls since May of 2023. Of those 1,481 there were 335 that also had corresponding records of recent ballots cast in the official Voter History record. There were 838 associated ballots cast since Feb of 2019.”
