The hosting provider for our api manager server just informed me that they are aware of the problem. They're protection is blocking most requests leading to our api manager not working properly. Im sure everything will be fixed shortly.

Is currently working. But if we get more problems like this i will see what i can do. Maybe i will ask to move us to another node.
