Job Summary

Sales Agent’s role is critical to for the Company to realise growth of the business through promotion of the products and services to potential clients as they facilitate the signing and conclusion of sales contracts. Sales Agents are guided by the Agency Agreement which allows the agent to operate within a specified sales territory and subject to exclusivity when it comes to competitor products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the National Sales Manager at Head Office the Sales Agents shall be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

Undertaking client visits to present and promote products and services
Conducting negotiations for sales contracts
Working to ensure that negotiations go smoothly and lead to the purchase of the product or services in question
Providing product after-sales support
Maintaining contact with clients with a view to securing further sales/orders
Identifying potential new clients
Qualifications, Experience and Other Attributes

Diploma/Business Administration.
Customer service strategies.
CRM/Navision.
Product Knowledge e.g. Technical.
Computer literacy-a MUST.
At least 5years experience in sales admin.
Skills and Competencies

Strong business sense and ability to reach sales targets
Experience in B2B sales
Knowledge of the product sector and geographical territory

Job Summary

The Customer Service Manager is responsible all matters relating to customer service and complaints management and resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Country Manager at Head Office the Customer Services Manager shall be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for the department, in agreement and as guided by the Country Director.
Answer to all customer queries / complaints / feedback in a timely manner and in accordance with the set SLA’s and agreed processes and reporting.
Maintaining and updating the customer database and files as required
To efficiently allocate incoming requests to the team, prioritizing actions and monitoring team resources in order to ensure customer deadlines are met.
To schedule and deliver proactive customer facing activities aligned to the sales activities and goals.
To build relationships with clients and identify opportunities and gaps in service. Communicating these to the business in order to take the right course of action where required, as well as feedback and learnings that benefit product development, client or company.
Be a brand custodian and applying a service that boosts customer loyalty.
To be highly proficient in using CRM and other customer service management tools/systems and therefore following the process and continued improvement of the customer services management process.
Ensuring that outstanding performance is recognized, and stories of success are shared with the team to the benefit of all.
To communicate and be the focal point for the sharing of essential information within the CS team.
To conduct performance reviews for the CS team, identifying areas of improvement and mentoring/coaching where needed.
Scheduling and running customer surveys in accordance with the agreed survey tools.
Liaising with the marketing and sales managers/teams to identify upselling, cross-selling opportunities and supporting the sales team deliver on the strategy.
General office administration and coordination.
Undertake any other duties/responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications, Experience and Other Attributes

Prior management experience in customer service management and call centre operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Diploma in office management and administration has an added advantage.
At least five (5) years’ experience in a relevant role in a busy work environment.
Exposure to working in a diverse cultural environment preferably in the service industry.
Competency in Sales Strategies.
Competency on ERP use, preferably CRM and MS Navision.
Security Product Knowledge e.g. Technical, Static Guarding

Médecins Sans Frontières is a private, non-profit international humanitarian organization dedicated to providing medical assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination and regardless of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. In Malawi, MSF works in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the local community in integrated HIV/AIDS in Chiradzulu District and Cervical Cancer projects Blantyre districts.

MSFF is looking for its Chiradzulu Office :

Position: DECENTRALIZATION HIV/TB DOCTOR – 1 POSITION

Workplace : Chiradzulu

Type of contract : 6 months Fixed term contract

Start date : 1st May 2021

Main purpose of the position

Ensure quality of care of medical external activities in the MSF-supported Health Centers, following project objectives. Support and supervise technically the clinical team (COs/clinical mentors and 1 nutrition nurse) in providing adapted and updated care.

Ensure that MSF values, policies and protocols and universal health standards are followed, in order to warrant the quality and continuity of the health care and the development of the plan of action.

Main responsibilities

Ensure that the team apply medical knowledge and skills to diagnosis and disease prevention. Support outpatient consultations, prescribing the necessary treatment by respecting local validated protocols.
Ensure that the team keep the patient’s and/or his/her family informed about the illness and provide appropriate explanations about the treatment to follow and ensure that they have understood.
Ensure accountability of MSF when providing qualitative care.
Check and control the rational distribution of medicines and equipment under his/her responsibility and take care the quality, disinfection and sterilization of the medical material. Assure general compliance with standing hygiene standards, medical error and monitors the proper functioning of the department, equipment or material.
Participate in the collection and analysis of epidemiological data, checking its validity and informing the line manager or project coordinator about any problem in regard to data.
Ensure ongoing training of the medical/paramedical multidisciplinary team in order to optimize the quality of care.
Knows and ensures all MSF medical protocols are followed and implemented, checking universal precautions are always followed and reducing bio-hazard risks and improving infection control.
Ensures professional confidentiality is respected.
Manage the team under his/her direct responsibility according to MSF HR policies and procedures, supervising their performance, organizing and scheduling shifts and rotations, directly participating in emergencies and on calls if necessary.
Context Specific Accountabilities

Clinical activities
Supervise implementation of the legal therapeutic protocols, procedures and standards, depending on project objectives and provide technical and hands-on support to ensure the quality of the medical care. Apply medical knowledge and skills to diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases. Provide outpatient consultations and prescribe the necessary treatment in accordance with MOH/MSF protocols when needed.
Provides clinical advice/support to MSF clinicians by observing, supervising clinical consultations and provides feedback on timely manner, including Saturdays teen clubs.
Ensure the team is providing a patient-centred approach, including screening and management of malnutrition, TB, OI, STI, NCD and other key conditions as per defined protocols and hospitalization criteria are respected.
Ensure that therapeutic food provided complies with quality and quantity standards and that patient outcome is well followed even after referral to other partners
Ensure that patients in need of other POC tests (TB LAM, CD4, CrAg, Creat, Hb…) are identified by clinicians as well as the results are given back to the patients and actions are taken on time.
Ensure that patients in need of routine or targeted viral load are identified by clinicians as well as the results for VL reach the patients as soon as possible.
Look for proactively patients with a high viral load, suspect of failure in collaboration with clinical mentors, our MoH colleagues, counselors, social workers, MH team and ensure that proper management is promptly proposed.
Prepare patient summary for the ones eligible for DST and make sure that those failing are promptly switched to recommended regimen following HIV DR test (proposition shared with advisers and expert committee) in a due time.
Ensure that patients on third line ART regimen are well followed and managed.
Ensure that links between HC and Boma hospital are efficient to have patients who need hospitalization hospitalized, HIV patients presenting KS linked with dedicated services.
Contribute, in link with Medical Activity Manager (MAM) and Patient Support Activity Manager (PSAM), in having regular clinical meetings and interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care at HC level (MDT’s) and office level (CCMT)
Contribute actively in district steering committees and supporting technically the district expert committee.
Share professional knowledge and continuously evaluate the medical team and propose and facilitate adapted training/refresher courses if necessary.
Ensure confidentiality, information traceability, patient surveillance, and the application of the therapeutic and infection control rules by the health care personnel.
TB activities

Ensure that TB screening is properly done by the clinicians.
Ensure timely identification, diagnosis, treatment initiation, follow-up including proper counselling of TB patients (DS and MDR-TB)
Ensure outcomes of TB patients from our cohort are known
Participate in the MSF-MOH Joint TB Management Supervision to the health facilities at least twice a month.
Medical Protocols

Participate in developing, updating and implementing medical aid and guidelines in collaboration with the Medical Activity Manager (MAM) and Medical Focal Point (MFP).
Ensure availability and application of clinical guidelines and protocols for patient management, specifically patients targeted by MSF
Ensure that clinicians correctly understand and correctly apply medical job aids/guidelines and have the material needed to follow them
Pharmacy

According to MSF protocols and medical prescriptions, in collaboration with the Pharmacist and MAM, supervise the preparation of monthly orders, expiration terms and consumption, in order to ensure that pharmacy stock levels of needed medication during consultations are always updated and above minimum safety point in each Healthy Centre.
Data analysis and reporting
Ensure the correct use of the patient files and other data collecting tools (M+ forms, Baobab…)
Monitor and evaluate closely the medical data collection tools together with MSF clinicians and timely produce and submit the quarterly reports to MAM.
Monitor patient care through daily assessments of clinicians using systematic review in Baobab system/electronic mastercard/patients’ health passport and Patient files.
Follow the high viral load list produced monthly by Epi team in collaboration with clinicians, counsellors and social worker
Ensure the 3rd line database is updated
Ensure that medical data collection tools are properly filled by medical team in an accurate manner.
Program planning and implementation

Participate in the bi-annual definition of objectives and annual planning.
Participate in medical and project meetings
Additional supervision role

Conduct annual interview and follow progression and professional development of the staff supervised.
Requirements

Education

Medical doctor registered with Medical Council.
Specialization or training in advanced HIV or internal medicine Desirable
Experience

Essential 2 years working experience related to the qualification and previous experience in HIV/TB management
Langauage

Mission language, English and Chichewa
