*Job Description*
-Internal Audit
-Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on internal audit engagements.
-Perform risk based audits of various departments and processes.
-Conduct fieldwork including data analysis, process walkthroughs, and control testing.
-Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and recommend practical solutions.
-Prepare clear and concise audit documentation and draft audit reports.
-Compliance & Risk Review
-Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
-Assist in conducting compliance audits and support the development of a risk aware culture.
-Support risk assessment initiatives and periodic risk register updates.
-Operational & Financial Reviews
-Evaluate operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
-Review financial transactions for accuracy and proper authorization.
-Analyze data to detect anomalies, trends, and possible fraudulent activities.
-Coordination & Reporting
-Coordinate with departments for audit inputs and follow up on action items.
-Support the development of internal audit dashboards and reports for senior management.
-Assist in preparing presentations and summary reports for the Audit Committee.
