Why are we distracted?🤔

Three factors interfere with concentration at work.
1️⃣ Task. Big tasks can be scary and seem impossible. Break them down into small subtasks and move step by step. This way you can control the process more easily and will not put things off for later.
2️⃣ Environment. The most obvious example is a smartphone. At any time, they can call, write, and receive a notification about new posts or likes on social networks. All these are distractions. It is also quite difficult to focus on work in a cluttered workplace, where attention will be distracted by foreign objects.
3️⃣ The mind. It is difficult to focus on work when there is a fuss in your head: an unordered pile of tasks, personal experiences and negative thoughts, and anxiety about big and small decisions. It is easiest to focus when the mind is calm and rested.
