The University has announced that all first-semester examinations must be completed by Wednesday, January 21, 2026, due to the upcoming university sports festival.
Accordingly, the Faculty has prepared a tentative final examination schedule for the first semester of the 2025/26 academic year. Please refer to the attached schedule and make the necessary arrangements accordingly.
Note:
If you have any concerns or encounter any inconvenience regarding the schedule, please communicate with me through your class representative to the Program Coordinator’s Office no later than Thursday, January 1, 2026 @2:00 PM.

In preparing this revised schedule, the faculty has made efforts to accommodate ADD/DROP students. We would also like to thank the 3rd-year students for raising constructive concerns that helped improve the arrangement.
Kindly ensure that you arrive at the examination rooms on time and strictly adhere to examination regulations. Do not bring any items that are prohibited during examinations.

Please be informed that you will be departing for the Demographic Survey and Community Problem Identification (CBTP-Phase I) course data collection this Friday, January 9, 2026.
Each team should designate the following roles:
Team leaders are required to collect the questionnaires by Thursday from the office numbered B-0040 (FECE CBTP Coordinator's office).
Supervisors have been allocated for each team to support you throughout the program. They will assist you in conducting the survey, compiling it into a document, and preparing it for presentation.
For details regarding supervisors and team members, please refer to the attached file.
