Javo on the Way pinned Β«I actually wanna talk to you who still follow this channel. I didn't even get to know what type of audience I have here. Let's talk about summer. What do you want to do till the end of the summer? Tell me what you want to learn, where you are going for vacation...…»
Okay, from now on, I will make content for my telegram channel. It will mainly be about logistics. It is better than just leaving it and coming back once a month.

* Regular maintenance and inspection of trailers
* Managing trailer inventory and availability
* Ensuring trailers meet all safety and regulatory standards
* Coordinating with the fleet department to optimize trailer usage.

5. πŸ”€πŸ’ΆπŸ’ΆπŸ”€πŸ”€πŸ”€πŸ”€πŸ”€πŸ”€πŸ”€ Department πŸ’΅

* Ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

6. πŸ”€πŸ”€πŸ”€πŸ”€πŸ”€πŸ”€πŸ”€ Department πŸ–₯

The Logbook Department ensures that drivers' hours of service (HOS) are properly recorded and comply with regulations. This is critical for preventing driver fatigue and ensuring safety. Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and auditing drivers' logbooks,
* Ensuring compliance with HOS regulations,
* Managing electronic logging devices (ELDs),
* Providing training on proper logbook usage.

Alright. This is my first post on this 30-day challenge. Here you can learn more about what type of logistics departments exist and what they represent. Should be clear to understand.

Any questions, feel free to comment below.

Good evening. The second post is ready.

πŸ”₯ Myths about people who work in the logistics industry.

1️⃣ Dispatchers earn too much

Though this was the case back in 2017-2021, most of the current dispatchers earn anywhere between $800-$2,500 with 1-3 years of experience. Those who started their career at times when weekly gross made up $12,000 instead of $6,000-$8,000 (2024) potentially receive a 2,500+ USD paycheck a month. At the end of the day, the current market is not as generous as it used to be.

2️⃣ This sphere is a piece of cake and anyone can earn $1,000 starting their first month.

Everything depends on you really. If you are sharp-minded and have a great level of English to communicate fluently, you are many steps ahead of those who have language barriers and struggle to adjust to this field for 12 months. If you are sneaky enough, you can find a way to reach those 4 figures from the bottom in 3 months as well. Indeed, most beginners start at $300-$400.

3️⃣ Logistics doesn't offer high-paying jobs anymore.

It still remains a critical industry, but like many other sectors, it faces challenges, economic shifts, regulatory changes, and (of course) global events that might impact the industry. There are still opportunities for growth and innovation. Some drivers still manage to earn $3,000+ a week so it does offer a high-paying job to an American in the US.

I'm actually having a sense of fulfilment because of sharing daily posts on my Telegram channel as this is also a sign of discipline, so to say.

Will keep working on it.
πŸ”₯12πŸ‘5
alright, an official post is getting ready. it deserves to be pinned.
πŸ”₯5πŸ‘2
πŸŽ—I started this telegram channel back in July of 2021. It has been almost 3 years since I first started this blog (and vlog when I was in the States).

πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸ’»Since the end of last year, I have been doing logistics almost every single day. There have been both great and "learning" days which I am grateful for till now. If it weren't for all the struggle and difficulties along the way, I would not have become who I am today. There have been many times when I just wanted to give up on this sphere, especially when sleeping at 4am-5am and having exhausting days. Nevertheless, under the good pressure of my mentor and after getting so many insights into the field, I now can say that I have achieved one of the many goals that I set when I started.

* Became the Manager of LogisticsPro Academy
* Founded Jay Jay Outsource

βœ… In order to share this knowledge and also not to get bored (haha), I want to share with you what I know, learn, and experience.

It is my hope that this channel will get more intriguing and helpful for people who are interested and want to try it too.

Thanks for your attention!

What do I do on a daily basis?

Since I work till 1am, I don't really wake up early but I am working on it. As soon as I'm done with a little workout session and brunch, I prepare for work: I check what needs to be done, driver groups, owner groups, team groups, and see which tasks I should prioritize.

At 4-5pm Tashkent time, I start invoicing loads to our factoring company. Then, help my teammates with statements, driver & broker communication, P&L reports and all.

I am trying to make time to pray as many times as possible in the nearby mosque (Firdavs Masjid), meaning that I go out when I work.

An interesting fact about my work is that I work remotely, Alhamdulillah.

So, when my shift ends at 1am-2am, I chitchat with my teammates and go to sleep.

That's pretty much it. I know it's not detailed but if you want to know some specific aspects of my job, feel free to comment down below.

Alright. I will show you how to get money for loads.
πŸ’―6πŸ”₯2
First, let me explain how it works:

Step 1: A load should be delivered and have all the necessary documents which confirm that this load was picked up at A location, stopped at B location, received at C location.

Step 2: You need to put a signature on the Rate Confirmation of this load and also add the date.

Step 3: Finally, you need to submit it to the factoring company who purchases your invoices at 0,5-1,5% (depending on your fleet).
πŸ”₯6😎2
Let's invoice this load.

I will show it step by step.
πŸ”₯3πŸ‘Œ3❀1
I put the signature on the rate con. It is ready now.

As for BOL (Bill of Lading) or POD, I do not put signatures.

Only people who shipped and received the load put signatures on the BOL. It is also G2G.
πŸ‘Œ4πŸ’―2πŸ‘1
Π’ΠΎ-ля!

After you are done collecting and checking each essential document for an invoice, you can go ahead and upload it to your factoring company's platform and submit it!

Let me know in the comments below if you have questions regarding this process.

Good part of the day. everyone.

I skipped so much time here; almost skipped the whole autumn. I tried to come back but it oftentimes seemed pointless. Yet, I started trying again. Sharing events of my life on this channel - which is 3 years old now - was always fun. Based on the past memories, i could understand how I changed over time.

I can write about feelings and thoughts for hours but if I am being quick, I am here to say I am starting this channel from where it was left once again. Let's see how it goes.
❀6πŸ”₯3πŸ‘2
Regarding my life, I have just been working, "husting", and studying. Pretty usual, right

Work.
I am not part of LogisticsPro anymore. I turned in the project to the owners of the logistics academy and started solely working on my projects since October. Currently, I have a team of ~10 people providing our clients with all the remote services their trucking companies need.

Hustle.
Managing several projects at a time. These past three months have been tough because when you leave your 9-5 and try to do something on your own, you will have more workload, fear, and burnouts than you would on a 9-5. The projects are going well.

Studies.
Moved from Moliya to Fiskal as they both along with Narxoz became one entity. I like the campus; it is far better than that of Moliya's. Passing exams with Bismillah.
❀12❀‍πŸ”₯3
Good evening everyone.

If I were to share recent news, I have one trucking company being set up in a week and its fleet size is made of 2 Freightliners. Currently, they are working on their insurance. Soon, I will share results of this company.

Additionally, my team and I started a recruiting agency. We have started providing trucking companies with both company drivers and owner operators. If interested, you can check out our Telegram Channel ➑️ @scoutsearch

If you work in a logistics company and are currently in need of drivers, we might potentially help you out.
