International BRICS Youth Camp
The Camp will consist of three shifts:
International Business Accelerator of BRICS countries (August 1-6, 2021);
BRICS Laboratory of Creative Industries (August 8-13, 2021);
BRICS Volunteer Camp (August 15-20, 2021).
Expenses:
All expenses related to traveling from the city of residence to Ulyanovsk and back shall be covered by the sending party or participants themselves.
Payment of expenses related to accommodation, meals and logistics in Ulyanovsk region, carried out at the expense of Rosmolodezh.
Participants are required to provide a negative result of a PCR test done no earlier than 72 hours before the start of the event.

IYESF at the II International BRICS Youth Camp
The second International Youth Camp of the BRICS countries has opened in the Ulyanovsk Region of Russia.
60 participants from all five BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) including youth leaders, students, researchers, social workers, professionals and representatives from government and non-government organizations.
10 participants from different parts of India came to Ulyanovsk for taking part in the Second International BRICS Youth Camp which was selected by the Federal Agency on Youth Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The purpose of the camp is to create an educational space that unites young leaders, representatives of youth and ethnocultural organizations with different cultural identities and experiences, in order to develop their competencies to improve the quality of their activities in promoting the ideas of intercultural dialogue and a culture of peace at the international, national and local levels.
Tasks:
- to form among the participants an understanding of intercultural dialogue and the culture of peace as a concept and as a group process, as well as the necessary conditions for their promotion;
- to increase the participants' intercultural competence and other competencies that contribute to the development and implementation of projects in the field of intercultural dialogue and a culture of peace;
- identify and consider topical problems and challenges on the way to building intercultural dialogue and a culture of peace in the realities of the participants and in society as a whole, to develop possible responses;
- analyze the experience of promoting intercultural dialogue and a culture of peace through human rights education tools, non-formal education methods and other practices;
- to create conditions for the formation of a community of young activists who promote the ideas of intercultural dialogue and a culture of peace.

Ecology unites: young leaders of the BRICS countries have developed nine international projects that can help solve current global challenges.
The II International BRICS Youth Camp ended with the solemn ceremony of awarding certificates to the participants of the shift, nine innovative eco-projects were presented to the experts, bringing international cooperation between the BRICS countries in the field of sustainable development to a new level. The ESG Digital School, a project to provide remote areas with electricity by placing solar panels there – “Mission SOLAR”, as well as the creation of a TikTok channel about the problem of water pollution “BRICSailors” are among the projects developed during the Camp.
