ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
🔻Nationality: candidates must be nationals of FAO Members (https://www.fao.org/legal-services/membership-of-fao).
🔻Education: candidates must be students enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree programme in a bona fide educational institution at the time of application, or recent graduates.
🔻Languages: knowledge of at least one FAO official language (English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese or Russian). Knowledge of a second FAO official language will be considered an asset.
🔻Age: between 21 and 30 at the start of their internship.
🔻Family relation: candidates with family members employed by FAO under any type of contract are not eligible for the Internship Programme.

📆Duration: 3 - 11 Months
The Internship Programme provides selected students, enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate degree programme or recent graduates, with the opportunity to supplement their academic knowledge with practical work experience in a field related to the work of FAO.
Stipend:
Interns will receive a stipend in local currency not exceeding US$ 700 per month. Stipends for sponsored interns will be directly provided by the sponsoring institutions.

⌛️Application deadline: 8 November 2024
-The Contest is open to children and youth between the ages of 5 and 19, living anywhere in the world.
-Participation is free of charge.
-The competition is divided into the following categories: 5 to 8, 9 to 12, 13 to 15, and 16 to 19.
-poster entries may be drawn, painted or sketched using pens, pencils, crayons or charcoal, or using oil, acrylic or watercolour paint, as well as mixed media. Digitally created artwork is also permitted. No photographs are allowed.
-15 posters in each category (60 posters) will be selected for the shortlist and will receive a certificate for this achievement.
