We're building an AI-first platform designed to turn messy software development data into clear, actionable insights for engineering leaders. By analyzing code repositories, Jira workflows, and team activity patterns, the system generates automated reports, predicts delivery timelines, and helps bridge the gap between engineers and business stakeholders. You'll work on launching a brand-new product while also evolving existing solutions. Current focus areas include: AI-driven project/product management tools, Data pipelines that consolidate and process inputs from multiple systems (Jira, Git, etc.), Advanced analytics, reporting, and visualizations.
Обязанности
- Build and extend backend services for new product lines
- Improve and scale AI pipelines that collect and transform data from sources like Jira and Git
- Integrate with large language models and third-party APIs
- Take part in architectural discussions and have a voice in shaping product direction
Требования
- Solid experience as a Python backend developer (senior level)
- A product-oriented mindset: you care about why you're building, not just what
- Initiative — you ask questions, challenge assumptions, and seek clarity
Будет плюсом
- Startup experience (especially at early stage)
- Exposure to modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React)
- Previous leadership or mentoring responsibilities

Work format: remote outside Russia and Belarus. Team setup: department of 12 engineers: 10 full-stack devs, 1 DevOps, and 1 ML engineer.
