What You Can Expect from The Role: Provide HR advice and support to employees on a wide range of strategic support related to operational human resources and learning & development questions. Provision of guidance and partnering with functions to proactively address business issues pertaining to organizational planning, employee engagement and productivity. Support with payroll related processes, salary setting and bonus program development. Developing and implementing policies and procedures that are aligned with the organization’s objectives. Conducting recruitment, onboarding for related functions, exit-interviews Manage the delivery of training and development programs, ensure that mandatory and planned training requirements are met, constantly evaluate training and development programs Follow up and control the subdepartment budget, negotiating contracts HR projects management Management of HR team with supervision of 2-3 subordinates What You Bring: Demonstrated commitment to ethical behavior Ability to work in a team, high level of personal responsibility Analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in critical situations Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation Bachelor's degree in Business or Social Sciences Who We AreCCI is a multinational beverage company which operates in Kazakhstan, Turkey, Pakistan, Iraq, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Jordan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Syria.
